What is the problem with sustainability strategy and start-ups? Example

In this blog I will talk about why most of the organisations who are trying to solve plastic pollution can not tackle plastic waste pollution.

I recently realised that most of the organisations are copying each other via one strategy to tackle plastic pollution and that is recycling. They encourage individuals to start-up and create a new solution to apply recycling. They are investing fortunes to make their strategy and new ideas viable whereas the plastic waste is increasing rapidly and radically.

The water and land surface temperature is increasing, negatively affecting our environment, water, wildlife and life under water and causing climate change as well as the economy. For instance, taxpayers are paying £800M for plastic recycling in the UK but why is plastic pollution getting worse. Well, the answer to this question is simple, because they are applying the same strategy “recycling” instead of reducing plastic use strategy.

The problem is that their new recycling products are not viable and they are all time and cost consuming. Most of these techs lack of a sustainable infrastructure and most of them are in their early stages and already facing issues in the process. Also not all the plastic wastes get to the landfills. There’s a shortage in landfills capacity and most developed countries shipp their plastic wastes to poor countries which causes unethical and safe workplaces for unskilled and educated employees with low salaries. I have included some of their chosen start-ups which aim to tackle plastic pollution and why they are not viable.

Most these awarding organisation chasing start-up who all follow recycling strategy for example,

Scrapp LTD, their mobile application guides you through your local recycling rules by simply scanning the barcode of any item. Will every individual use the app or have the time for it?Therefore, there is quantitative and qualitative research needed to measure if the solution is viable. Another example, Green Business has created a software so the industries can track and manage their wastes. I believe the giant global plastic polluters like Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and Nestle have the same strategy in place. For example, Coke developed a new strategy in 2019 to track and manage their plastic waste but the scores show that they have not been able to tackle the problem.

Or the other solution is replacing plastic packaging with other virgin resources which unknown problems will arise soon or later despite the technological, costs and time factors.

For instance, Enzymity is a start-up and via biotechnological process using enzymes to turn plastic waste into virgin-grade plastic but there are challenges to this process. According to Khan Academy in (2022) 1), PH 2), temperature and 3), concentration are three factors that affect the process.

Therefore, I would like to gather data to give in-depth insights to the recycling strategy and use new resources to replace plastic. Please take part in my experiment which is a questionnaire to analyse the viability of these new ideas/start-ups and to stress their strategical problem.

Please follow me on LinkedIn where I will be sharing the questionnaire. https://www.linkedin.com/in/janeabbassi/

Business Insights Report

Thoughts, Difficulties and Actions in developing my Business Insights Report

In this blog I will talk about my thoughts, difficulties and actions in developing my BIR.

At the beginning of writing my BIR, I had concerns about not being able to complete the report. I actively searched for ways to mitigate this risk and the first step I took was to consult the research book recommended by my tutor. I dedicated myself to reading the book thoroughly, gathering and absorbing as much information as possible to enhance my understanding of the module lectures. Initially, I found it challenging, but as I delved into the research book, I discovered its intriguing and beneficial aspects. This newfound interest motivated me to delve deeper into research and the BIR module. Consequently, the content of the class lectures became clearer and easier to comprehend. It is worth mentioning that following the book’s reading guidelines proved to be difficult as I had to read multiple chapters simultaneously and occasionally refer back to previous chapters.

Being that English is my second language, it may have contributed to the initial pressure I felt. To give you a clearer perspective of my experience, picture yourself climbing a mountain. As you ascend, there are moments when loose stones cause you to slip, but you persevere and keep moving forward. Finally, when you reach the peak of the mountain, you feel an immense sense of pride and affirm to yourself, “Yes, it was indeed challenging, but I made it to the top and the feeling is incredible.”

Throughout this module, I have acquired valuable knowledge and skills that are essential in real-world scenarios. I firmly believe that this module is a necessary component for MBA students, as it delves into the intricacies of business problems and requirements. The Business Issue Report (BIR) empowers individuals to gain comprehensive insights into the underlying issues plaguing industries, companies, or organizations, issues that they may not even be aware of. By providing a combination of quantitative and qualitative information, this analysis allows for the identification of precise problems and needs. It aids in understanding why businesses struggle to address their issues or why their current actions are neither effective nor feasible.

The Power of Your Subconscious Mind & How to Turn them Into Tangible Assets-Final

How to serve yourself with the power of your subconscious mind and use it for Wealth?

The problem most people face is that they have no understanding of invisible means of support. As stated by Kahneman, et. al, in their book; On Making Smart Decisions, chapter “How (un)ethical are you?” (Kahneman. et, al, no date). Often mind traps that most people confront in making a decision is that they unconsciously judge often people, and this is often because, the seeds are rooted in the main systems of thought.

unconsciously, it’s their belief effects their decision makings. These seeds of beliefs first blind the eyes, and lather the mind illustrates its own creation/imagination. As mentioned in the previous blogs the unconscious mind is subjected to the suggestions. Therefore, these seeds are rooted in the garden but there is a technique to dig out the unwanted seeds/break through the traps and replace them with new seeds such as wealth!

One simple way for replacing them, according to Dr. Murphy, is to learn how to shift negative or poor thinking (McMahan, 1997). One reason some people do better than others is due they keep repeating and retaining the essential words in order to build their own energy and feel it before anything else happens.

They never picture themselves in a poor situation instead constantly, every day they picture and feel themselves in the life they want and enjoy.  They never question their gaols. They don’t think about where, when or how and don’t question it. Instead, they picture themselves enjoying wealth.

The other issue that most people are not aware of is that they don’t know what the key words are or how to say it. For instance, saying “I am a millionaire” won’t work due it’s not reflecting belief within the meaning. Instead, first you need to decide to be wealthy the easy way, without giving the easy way specific meaning or weigh. Lather build into your mentality the idea of wealth. Support the idea “wealth” by repeating yourself slowly and quietly five minutes before you go to sleep every night. Your conscious and subconscious mind must agree. And your subconscious mind will accept what you feel to be true. This is the second law of mind, so it is essential to being alert and careful about what you feel (McMahan, 1997).

Brand Management-6 Why the PESTEL Marketing Tool and the Triple Helix III Innovation Model Can Lead to Re-Branding?

How can PESTEL and the Triple Helix III models support your business in improving performance, re-branding, and achieving the organisation’s vision, mission, and objectives? Rebranding relies on future decision-making. Presently, many companies have successfully aligned their vision, mission, and goals with core values. The pandemic and various external and internal factors have necessitated adaptation of business goals to address the needs and challenges of society and the environment, particularly concerning climate change.

The PESTEL analytical tool is considered one of the most effective instruments for identifying and analyzing external factors and forces. It enables accurate data measurement and analysis, ultimately facilitating the forecasting of future risks and opportunities.

Megatrends are currently reshaping what is considered the “new normal” due to the influence of external and internal factors and forces. We are witnessing the effects of climate change, unpredictable weather patterns, and unprecedented events worldwide. These contemporary factors and forces have generated numerous risks and opportunities on a global scale.

Fortunately, many global companies have recognised their responsibility and have made significant changes to their business plans. Governments and wealthy nations no longer bear the burden of addressing the colossal force of climate change alone. Industries and companies are taking action to address global climate challenges through sustainability practices and ethical values. What is particularly intriguing is that this shift is in alignment with the needs and concerns of the people. This presents a golden opportunity to meet the needs and solve the problems faced by individuals. As an example, what are your thoughts on Siemens’ new scenario?

From my perspective, there has been a re-framing of the initial question, shifting the focus towards understanding the needs of both people and the environment. It seems that people’s priorities have shifted towards desiring a safer planet and a more convenient and affordable shopping experience. Siemens’ sustainability framework sets a good example, with its focus on A) Decarbonisation, B) Ethics, C) Governance, D) Equity, and E) Employability.

How can Siemens enhance and sustain their performance in achieving their business objectives and upholding their values?

The Triple Helix-III model can aid in identifying the three key entities that can address the necessary needs and challenges. According to Triple Helix III, Academia, Industry, and Government can collaborate to create a sustainable competitive advantage in meeting the needs of both society and the environment. This model allows for the exploration of relationships between these entities and identifies areas for improvement in their interactions. It can serve as a valuable guide in achieving business objectives.

The Power of Your Subconscious Mind- and How to Turn Them into Tangible Assets-6

How to Make Smart Decision by the power of Subconscious Mind.

This blog delves into the topic of receiving guidance from your subconscious mind. However, before delving into that, it is crucial to comprehend a highly perilous psychological trap introduced by HBR. Gaining insight into how your mind functions will assist you in navigating the mental obstacles that hinder effective decision-making.

The Framing Trap is a critical factor in leading to incorrect or adverse decision-making. HBR provides several examples that demonstrate how the framing trap can impact your vision, mission, and objectives. One such experiment conducted by researchers Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky asks you to imagine yourself as a cargo property adjuster for an unfamiliar company. Your company presents you with two options, both of which would incur the same cost.

Plan A: This plan will save the cargo of one of the three unit, worth £200,000.

Plan B: This plan has a 1/3 probability of saving on all three units., worth £600,000, but has a 2/3 probability of saving nothing.

Another Example:

Plan C: This plan will result in the loss of 2/3 of three units, worth £400,000.

Plan D: This plan has 2/3 probability of resulting in the loss of all three units and the whole £600,000 but has 1/3 probability of losing no units.

71% of the initial group of participants opted for the less risky “plan A”, while the second group was presented with options C and D. Interestingly, 80% of the second group chose “plan D”. However, it is important to note that both “plan A” and “plan B” are essentially the same, just as “plan C” and “plan D” carry equal weight. Essentially, the company is providing only one option and manipulating perception by reframing the plans. This practice of reframing with different reference points can be a mind trap that leads to poor decision-making. Consider this example: if there is a fifty-fifty chance of losing £300 or winning £500, would you prefer to maintain your current balance of £2000 or accept the fifty-fifty chance of having either £1700 or £2500 in your account?

Considering everything mentioned above, it is unethical to manipulate and deceive customers and consumers by influencing their decision-making process. Employing such techniques may yield short-term gains and apparent success, but the most effective safeguard against psychological traps is awareness. While it may not be possible to completely eliminate these traps, incorporating tests and disciplined practices into your decision-making process can help identify thinking errors before they translate into judgment errors. Moreover, practicing such disciplines can boost your confidence in the choices you make.

Exploring the process of tapping into guidance from your subconscious mind is an incredible endeavor worth considering. Many of us encounter challenging decisions or struggle to identify and acknowledge potential solutions. In such cases, adopting a constructive mindset is crucial. It is important to note that true thinking is devoid of fear and anxiety. By following these simple steps, you can uncover effective techniques to receive guidance on any subject:

1) Encourage relaxation in both your mind and body, instructing your body to unwind and cooperate.
2) Direct your attention towards potential solutions, focusing on their likelihood.

3) Attempt to solve it using your conscious mind.
4) Imagine the immense satisfaction and happiness that would come with discovering the perfect solution. Allow yourself to truly feel the emotions associated with having the ideal answer.
5) Relax and let your mind wander in this joyful state as you prepare to drift off to sleep.
6) Upon awakening, if the answer has not yet come to you, engage yourself in other activities and avoid dwelling on the problem. It is entirely possible that while you are occupied with something else, the answer will spontaneously emerge in your mind.

For instance, archaeologists and paleontologists engage in the reconstruction of ancient scenes. By examining fragments of ancient buildings, tools, pottery, and other artifacts, the past regains vitality and offers insights into earlier civilizations. Utilizing the shared knowledge banks of the universal mind, scientists are able to discern the methods, timeframes, and motivations behind the creation of these objects. Consequently, through focused concentration and disciplined imagination, the scientist awakens the hidden potentials of the subconscious mind.

By harnessing disciplined, controlled, and directed imagination, you have the potential to become one of the most scientific and inspired thinkers in history. In the upcoming blog, you will uncover the secret of guidance and discover key aspects to remember. I eagerly anticipate engaging in a discussion on any issues related to the power of the subconscious mind that come to your mind. Through active practice and application, you can reap the rewards and truly benefit from this knowledge.

Start-ups within Global Strategy & Innovation Case-study 2021

Start-Up Company Name: Checkr

Company Web site: https://checkr.com/

Industry: AI-Powered background checks software

Introduction

Checkr is an Application Programme Interface (API) based in San Francisco. In other words, it is a background check start-up that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning, and it runs one million background checks monthly. Checkr is one of the start-ups that changed the on-demand economy in 2014 (Connie. L, 2018).

The company started when Daniel Yaniss and Jonathan Perichon are both software engineers, that worked together to deliver a faster and more efficient background check. More than 3000 businesses trust Checkr like, Instacart, Uber, Zenefits and more.  The company raised money over three rounds for over $149M that $100M led by T. Rawe Price in 2019. Yassin suggests the company go public because shareholders enjoy and love extra revenue.

Potential for Growth

Chekr is one of the top 25 start-ups that have an opportunity for growth (Carson, 2016). Their products and services have created distinctive competencies for the business (Hill l al, 2015). Checkrs perspective is to attract and gain talented and professional software engineers to increase productivity. And it will increase their productivity and development as well as innovation.

Currently, they have expanded their products and services outside of the tech like it started working with the staffing Adecco and insurer Allstate. Yassin says all the consumers pay per background check, and the pricing may change in the future if the company plans to go public (Loizos, 2018).  Checkr raised money in three series of A, B and C, and the first time raised $9M led by Accel Partners in series A (Lawler 2014). And in series B was funded $49M by Y Combinator Continuity (Lunden, 2016), and in series, C led $100M by T. Rawe Price in 2019 (Loizos, 2018).

Their pricing model is pay per application, and they have the entire Saas products and tools plus a new tool that aids HR managers to eliminate unaware hiring errors (Loizos, 2018). The new software tool is creating an opportunity to increase growth in sales and market share.

Likelihood of Success

There are few opportunities that Checkr can take advantage. Currently, Check is the only background check AI and machine learning software. It is fast, efficient, accurate and fair, and the new tool will have massive impacts on employing the right people. And, if the company goes public, it will increase its’ value, sustainability, and growth. But they need to focus on the correct facts and factors to avoid risks. A risk that will occur in the future is the lack of providing “silver bullet-prrof” information to the customers, whereas it is one of the most important customers’ needs. Also, expanding their products and services outside technology will increase new customers.

Having said that, if the data programme is based on male gender knowledge and language, so there is going to be much lesser opportunities to female candidates compared to males. Why?

For example, the chosen answers “words” come from a male’s mind therefore, male candidates are the most that answer the questions according and aligned. Because there are curtain words that only males apply to answer questions. Females also, unconsciously chose and apply similar/feminine words complicity different to the gents. So, this could be an unrecognised gap. This is a problem and need that most female job seeker suffer from in the 21st century.

Conclusion

From my understanding, like any other business, start-ups like Checkr has its own challenges too. For example, an Uber driver who intentionally drove into a bike path in New York six months before he got employed at Uber. Background checks are not silver bulletproof, and that is an essential issue to consider.

there are opportunities and risks, and they are vital to consider for growth.  The new tool meets the customers’ needs and may gain new customers too. Thus, due to their innovation, and specific products and services, they have owned distinctive competencies that will shape their strategies, and at the end they will receive a superior profit in the long-term.  Also, by going public, the company will raise profit and market share too. Therefore, Checkr have built a right strategy in which accomplished both, A) the three keys Core Competencies (Prahalad and Hamel, 1990), and B) the Dynamic Competencies.

How do MNEs and SMEs enterprises sustain their performance in the global market

Please note: Large multinational enterprises (MNEs), Small multinational enterprises (SMEs)

Introduction

Hello everyone, welcome to this blog, in this post I have compared the business functions of two well-known corporates “Mercedes Benz and Audi” due to their similarity in business nature also, unhappy experience that I had with Mercedes Benz just a week ago led to dig-in into the corporates projects objectives and IHRM policies. Both enterprises are Multinational Enterprises (MNEs) and foreign-subsidiaries of home-owned firms thus, the enterprises need International Human Recourse Management in action.

Mercedes Benz UK

Mercedes Benz’s trend based on the units’ sales, stagnating at around 75000 in 2010, and the units’ sales radically increased to 85000 in the UK in 2011. What factors caused an increase in Mercedes unit sales from 2010 to 2011 in the UK?

Marcus Breitschwerdt, head of Mercedes cars Europe, joined the Mercedes in the UK in 2011. He explained that the management could be only achievable on four elements strategy processes, methods, structures, resources, and people.

He says; we needed the organisation to perform as fast as an airplane, so he launched an organisation strategy to get rid of the unnecessary tasks and only focus on the factors that help to run the business smoothly by creating competitive advantages and empowering innovation. He changed the organizations’ strategies and based it on the four elements mentioned above.

His target was achievement, growth, and making the team happy. the key was to focus on the De-cluttering process as well as motivating and empowering the staff at the same time. Their approach is to motivate and challenge the employees to achieve sustainable performance. Mercedes provides its personnel training and continuing education opportunities. Also, Mercedes promotes health and safety to the employees via relevant programs and advises on nutritional, individual exercise courses, and much more. Their health and safety plan defines and monitors measures to ensure professional health and safety at work.

After researching the Mercedes Benz’s organisational and IHRM in actions. the research in Mercedes’s organisational and national cultures led to viewing the employees’ reviews, 4.1 “star” in the UK against  International employees reviews 3.8 “star” can measure that their employees satisfaction is slightly higher than the average level.

Also, the employees’ portion in Germany against foreign subsidiaries pie illustrates that Germany has the highest portion of employees by 58.5 percent, whereas China has the least portion only by 1.5 percent.

Audi International

Competitive advantages

Audi globally transferring from a car manufacturing to a mobility provider and their achievement strategy is based on customers’ perspectives. Their central question is what our customers want and need at present and in the future? Therefore, Audi is focusing on long-term achievements and creating competitive advantages.

Audi International Human Resources Management policies

Audi sustainability focuses on employee training and graduate programs in terms of strengthening its team for the future.

Mercedes Benz and Audi Global sales based on units

Mercedes’s global sales based on units was 1276827 in (2010) and increased to 2456343 units in (2019), and Audi global sales based on units was 1143902 in (2010) and climbed to 1845550 in (2019). The above figures illustrate Mercedes has always been on the top in-car global market compared to Audi.

Both Mercedes and Audi companies focus on IHRM and their organisational objectives and are concerned on adapting to the changes forced by technology, countries, individuals, and companies to keep up with the global competitive advantages. Both corporates are very similar and focus on long-term achievements aligned with their employees strategies.

Conclusion:

At the time in March 2020, I could not understand and identify the issue. Why the majority of the consumers were not happy and they all made a verbal complaint? (At the same place, during the same time, also at the same place but during a different day and time).

Here is where business and physiology explained the phenomenon. The HRM.

Adaptability/Flexibility in workplace

To survive in a swiftly changing world, every area of business faces the challenge of keeping up with the extremely fast speed of changing world. And this means employees also need to adapt more than before also, employers see adaptability as an essential skill, Ken Cooper Global of HR for Bloomberg (2018).

Employees:

Flexibility is an important trait for employees, the term “flexibility” means the ability to adapt to changing forces. Flexibility is necessary in the workplace more importantly flexible employees are more valuable. Personnel with a flexible mindset never say” Do I have to” or “is it my job”? when they are asked to do a new assignment. Thus flexible/adaptable applicants have the priority for employment.

According to university of Bradford (2020) recruiters/employers never ask the applicants directly if she/he is adaptable or flexible in the working environment instead they have aspecific question list that indicates the degree of candidates adaptability.

Organisations:

‘adaption’ is one of the buzz words in the 21st century and plays a key role in our everyday life as well as in commerce environment therefore, excellent organizations and corporates focusing on every area of trade that has impacts on the results of business objectives.

Flexibility works both ways great managers treat employees as individuals so being adaptive is not only relevant to employees but also is linked to the approach management tasks to manage the employees. Therefore, organisations need to change to stay competitive in the fast-changing environment and they must choose from several strategies to deal/cope with the changing environment.

According to Jeffrey A. Le, Jason A & Amir Erez (no date), one option is to replace those employees that are not capable to deal and manage work tasks in their changing workplace with the new candidates who have the knowledge, skills and ability to cope in the continuous obsolescence.

Another approach is to emphasise on training or programs to deliver the required knowledge, skills and ability to employees and the third option is to hire candidates who are willing to work in a changing environment and that relies on the organization’s employing system to provide the organisation with personnel who are more adaptable.

Thus, not only the employees must be adaptable to changes but also the organisations must too.

The Power of Your Subconscious Mind and How to Shift them into Tangible Assets-5

Making Smart Decisions-The Hidden Traps in Decision Making

Making decisions is the most essential and important task of any executive. And it’s the toughest and trickiest risks/tasks to carry out. Because it doesn’t only affect the business gaols and performance also its results can have impacts on the employees and consumer’s lives (people) and maybe on the whole country economy. So, where do the bad decisions come from? Well, in many cases is due to the decisions that were made in the past and clearly because the risks and opportunities were not recognised and pictured. Thus, adverse decisions come from the past, why?

By now you are familiar with the unbelievable power of your suggestions mind and why people react differently to the same suggestion. You understand the role of your conscious mind works like the “watch man at the gate” also works like the bridge between the environment and your subconscious mind you  are surrounded by. Subconscious mind doesn’t have the ability to compare or contrast. Therefore, your conscious mind works like a data scientist and your subconscious mind works like a computer “robot”.

Also, anybody in business field like project managers, analysists, risk managers and so on are familiar with past recorded reports to avoid past bad decisions that declined the business’s vision, mission and goals. But also, it depends on the business leadership, management and preferences as they are not many organisations that value data to keep records of their business activities.

The link between psychology and business stands out right here, why?

Because so many of decision makers are trapped within their mind traps (The wrong/adverse seeds from past that been watered and grown strongly consciously or unconsciously). Researches have been studying the way our minds function in making decisions. According to HBR a research identified and revealed that we use unconscious routines “subconscious seeds”, and they call it heuristics. For example, the clearer an object appears, we closer judge it to be. Yet, like most heuristics, it is not fool prove. I do believe it’s due to not many people are aware or understand the power of their subconscious mind.

Here is couple of the mind traps and techniques to help us to make better decisions.

The Anchoring Trap

Let’s begin with a question. How would you answer these two questions?

  1. Is the population of Persia greater than 45 million?
  2. What is your best answer of Persia’s population?

Please write down or comment your answers and in the next blog I am going to explain why I ask you to answer these two questions.

The Statue-Que Trap

There are only rare people that are not over confidence and don’t think that always they make rational and logical decisions but most of us think the opposite. But the real fact here is that most of our decisions are based and made on bias and hype. Don’t you agree? I am sure intelligent researches agree with this statement.

Why do I say intelligent people understand and recognise the mentioned fact?

For example, I can confidently say Princess Diana was one of a firsts who recognised and understood the differences between the finding an academic gap and people’s needs and problems. Because princess was not trapped within the adverse/bad seeds so Princess Diana’s garden was full of beautiful, beneficial and intelligent seeds towards humans.

This is the reason, the golden key why our Princess made the most intelligent decisions and yet all of us are benefiting from those decisions. Because Princess Diana didn’t base her decisions on biases, hypes or like some scientists whom exposing fraud and negligence which I am going to interpret and give you some names as examples in near future blogs.

So, what can we do about it?

Before the first step, you need to identify and recognise your statue que traps. This is when you become capable to start these following techniques, Frist thing to realise is never think of the statues que as your only option (alternative). There are other alternatives for sure to find a solution.

Second key is to critically analyse your thoughts and critically question yourself if the statues que is the only alternative and in fact it wasn’t the statues-que. The third technique is to ignore/avoid overestimating the costs in shifting from the statues que. The fourth way is to compare, analyse and measure the alternatives in terms of fulfilling and benefiting the future as well as the present. Also, if you have several alternatives, don’t pick the easiest one only because you don’t have time or for any other reason.

In the next blog I will share seven more traps and the techniques and how to come front our mind traps.

The Power of Your Subconscious Mind & How to Turn Them Into Tangible assets-4

Plymouth incident and its link to the power of subconscious mind:

Well, the title says it all. So why a “man” decides to take action which will cause him/her issues soon, or later? This will be the first question everybody ask.

According to ITV News, he might not have been aware of what he is doing. I would agree with this comment as there is a strong possibility that the power of his subconscious mind led him to the incident. The seeds planted in his garden were not “let’s say, of a good quality”. do you remember the seeds, mind traps, or codes that live within the subconscious mind. “Don’t forget the seeds, mind traps, or codes that live within the subconscious mind of man”, they Cannot Reason Like the Conscious Mind and it is subjective Whereas Conscious Mind is Objective. Meaning the human body reacts according to the saved data from the environment around him. But also, the conscious mind is sending new data/seeds/codes during the action. And since the first law of mind indicates, Your Subconscious Mind is Very Sensitive to suggestions. So, the action will stop at one point, and it only differs and depends on the types of seeds in the garden.

In the simplest example, imagine two pieces of white paper in the first paper, draw and paint a colourful image of anything. And in the second one, use black and red colours. Which one does it look glamourous and prettier?

The aim (of The Power of Your subconscious mind blogs) is to draw a picture of the power of your subconscious mind and how it can affect man life and the whole world. Another good example to mention here could be Mr Steve Jobs. In your Opinion, Could Mr Jobs have innovated the apple company if he grew up in a country like Venezuela, Iran, or North Korea?
